Project Name:  1986 300se euro

Quick Description: Runs great.  Rust free, but must have had some damage on the rear because quarters were repainted and faded now.  The trunk seems look tight too.  This car could be returned to stock to be a low miles rust free garage queen w126, but being an auto 300se, I’m not sure it’s worth it.  It needs Vermont registration because that’s where it was most recently registered and not titled.  It will cost less than $300 to get registration, which is the next step on this vehicle.

Online Thread for the main vehicle:  no real thread

Number of Cars Included: 1

Asking Price January 2021: $3000

VIN:

Title: will get VT registration in next few months

Year: 1986

Model: 300se w140

Transmission:  automatic with sport option switch

Modifications and condition: Currently with US lights and bumpers.

Recent Fixes: Replaced heater panel.  Appears to have possibly had the head gasket recently done, but no records.  The water pump appears to have been replaced with a US model because the oil cooler connection was capped, and the cap broke.  I had to replace it.  Exhaust bolts were also loose, and fixed the exhaust getting more power.

Issues List:  Rear quarter paint.  Title issue.
